Welcome to BGMI Cup! By registering and participating in our tournaments, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

2. Eligibility

• Participants must have a valid BGMI account.
• Only squad registration is currently available. Solo and duo registration will be introduced soon.
• Players must follow all tournament rules and guidelines.

3. Registration

• Participants must provide accurate details during registration.
• The registration fee is non-refundable.
• Players who fail to show up for matches will not be eligible for refunds or rescheduling.

4. Tournament Rules

• All players must adhere to fair play and avoid cheating, hacking, or exploiting game mechanics.
• Any violation of the rules will result in disqualification without a refund.
• The use of third-party software or any form of cheating will lead to an immediate ban.
• The tournament organizers reserve the right to change the rules at any time without prior notice.

5. Prize Distribution

• Prizes will be distributed within 24 hours after the tournament ends.
• Squads must comply with all rules to be eligible for prizes.
• Prize amounts depend on the number of players in the tournament. The calculation can be found on the rules page below the registration section.
• Any disputes regarding prize distribution must be raised within 48 hours after the tournament concludes.

6. Code of Conduct

• Players must respect fellow participants, organizers, and the community.
• Any form of harassment, abusive behavior, or discrimination will result in a permanent ban.
• Toxic behavior in the game, chats, or on social media will not be tolerated.

7. Technical Issues

• The tournament organizers are not responsible for players’ internet issues or device malfunctions.
• Matches will not be paused or restarted due to individual technical problems.

8. Liability

• BGMI Cup is not affiliated with Krafton or any official BGMI entity.
• The organizers are not responsible for any financial losses, game account bans, or external disputes arising from participation in the tournament.

• These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time.
• Participants are advised to review this page regularly for updates.
