1. No Refunds for Cheating or Unfair Play
At BGMI Cup, we maintain a fair gaming environment for all players. If any player or squad is found violating our rules, engaging in cheating, hacking, teaming, or any form of unfair play, they will be disqualified without any refund.
2. Tournament Entry Fees
- No refunds will be provided once a player or team has successfully registered for a tournament.
- If a tournament is canceled due to technical reasons on our end, it will be reconducted at a later date, but no refunds will be issued.
- If the game is canceled or servers are down due to technical issues, we will reschedule the match, but no refunds will be provided.
3. Product Purchases – Follow Amazon’s Policy
All products listed on our website are sourced from Amazon. Any issues regarding product returns, refunds, or replacements should be handled directly through Amazon’s refund and return policy. We are not responsible for any issues related to product delivery, quality, or refunds.
4. Payment Issues & Disputes
- If a payment is deducted but registration is not confirmed, please contact us at support@bgmicup.com with proof of payment.
- Any disputes related to payments should be raised within 24 hours of the transaction.
